Rooftop Solar Power Plants
Perfect Solar Power Solutions
We, at Perfect House Pvt Ltd., understand the importance of being environmentally aware. Keeping this in mind, we aim to be India’s largest supplier of eco-friendly and renewable power solutions.
Why must Solar Power be your choice?
Unlike fossil fuels, solar energy is a renewable energy source. No greenhouse gases are emitted in using solar power, neither is it an exhaustible power source. In today’s day and age, when the pollution around the world is rising at an alarming rate, solar power is not only a better option but a necessity. In fact, it can be said that one of the very few limitations of solar power is our ability to turn it into usable energy in a cost-effective way.
Rooftop Solar Power Plants
Rooftop Solar Power Plants include photovoltaic systems, cables, inverters and various other electrical accessories. Perfect employees will take care of the entire installment of the electricity-generating systems that can be mounted on top of residential or commercial buildings or other structures. These systems are extremely cost effective as there is minimal maintenance required.
Solar Power Solutions by PHPL
Perfect House takes renewable power solutions very seriously, which is why we have come up with a range of sustainable energy options to our customs across industries, be it Government, Corporate or Retail. Perfect’s end-to-end servicing and solutions include:
Utility Scale Power Plants
Also suitable for commercial and residential buildings, as well as for banks, for utility scale power plants, financing starts from 1KW onwards.
Capex (Capital Expenditure Model)
The customer hires a solar EPC company to provide an installation of the entire solar power and then handover the assets to them. The EPC also does the annual operation and maintenance of the plant.
RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company)
RESCO is less capital intensive where the rooftop owners consume the electricity generated, for which a predetermined tariff money must be paid. This is one of the low-cost intensive options.
How does a solar cell work?
When the rays of the sun hit the solar panel, a direct current is created. An inverter converts this direct current into alternate current which flows to your location as electricity. The excess energy is stored in a battery for future use, and sent to the electricity grid. This excess energy is credited to your electricity bill. Hence, the entire process is easy on your pocket too. To know more about how a solar power installation can save on your monthly bills, and other details, check out our website.
